Rachel

Lead QA Analyst

Rachel brings a thoughtful mix of analytical thinking and human-centred care to her role as a QA. She sees testing as an essential part of making good software - helping teams spot issues early and shape digital experiences that feel intuitive from the start. With a long-standing interest in UX and UI, she’s especially drawn to products that are simple to navigate, visually considered, and easy for anyone to use.

Before moving into QA, Rachel worked across healthcare and medical research, an experience that sharpened both her eye for detail and her calm, practical approach. She enjoys the process of refining something until it works as it should - whether that’s uncovering bugs or helping bring a polished product to life.

That same mindset carries into life outside work, where Rachel is usually making or improving something. She loves channelling her creative energy into cooking and applying her problem-solving skills to DIY home projects.

At home, things revolve around a small menagerie of chickens and two cats - who are very much part of the family - even if they don’t always see eye to eye.
