Digital product designers from Intermediate to Principal (Auckland)

AucklandFull-time

Great news! We have design roles coming up with our team in Auckland at a range of levels and are looking for extra-amazing experience designers with anywhere from 3 to 23 years of experience.

At Alphero we have a bold vision to reimagine many of the digital products in the market from homogenous and commoditised, to experiences that delight users, and deliver impact to our clients. In a nutshell: to put the creative back into digital. We are particularly seeking designers with a curious mindset and a history of creative and inventive UX design. If you are up for looking at things differently, and breaking patterns to create something new (that works even better) then this could be your dream job.

With an intrepid spirit, you’re eager to explore the possibilities for digital design, technologies and emerging trends; and wired to spark blue-sky ideas that create new experiences to solve real-world problems. The ability to make a positive impact (while working with fun people) is what gets you up in the morning.

Ideally you are a creative changemaker who views the world through a lens of possibilities. You will bring warmth, fun, a sense of humour, and loads of passion and energy to the role. As a member of the design team, you will report to our Design Director, with a dotted line to our Auckland Director.

At Alphero our brand pillars run right through our business and guide us in everything we do. They are: Inventive, Emotive and Brave. You will be aligned with and inspired by these and will bring these to life within our team and in the experiences you imagine for our clients.

If you are super senior, we’ll give you lots of opportunities to influence the practice direction, lead and set the direction for the most complex digital products and programmes, and grow others. If you are at an earlier stage in your career, we’ll give you loads of opportunities to learn and flex your skills, and push boundaries in the work you do every day - with a pathway to leadership. These will be your core focus areas:
